On site parking is available at our Peterhead and North Aberdeen clinics. Free public parking is available near our Bridge of Don clinic.

Full disabled access, at ground floor level, is available at our Peterhead and North Aberdeen clinics. At our Bridge of Don location there are stairs into the clinic.

More information on what to expect from your treatment, possible booking queries and general access to the clinics.

What can I expect on my first appointment?

At the first appointment, an assessment will be completed through
questioning and tests. Physiotherapy treatment will be agreed with you
through discussion and the first specified treatment will be undertaken.

What should I wear to my appointment?

There are no specific requirements. However, we may need to see the
area to be treated e.g. with a knee injury, shorts might be best.

Will I be treated with exercise prescription only?

No, we can provide a range of treatments including hands-on
techniques, electrotherapy (machines) and acupuncture alongside
exercises, depending what is most appropriate for you.

Are all the therapists qualified?

Our physiotherapists are Chartered Physiotherapists and registered
with the Health Care Professional Council. We also have qualified massage
therapists in clinic.

Can I have appointments over the weekends?

We can offer appointments on Saturdays, please ask your therapist for
availability. We aim to accommodate and fit your schedule.

What is the cancellation policy?

Appointments can be rescheduled with 24hours notice. Last minute cancellation (Same day) may incur a charge at the discretion of the therapist.

How is payment settled for the appointment?

We accept cash, card and BACS payments.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes, we can offer online consultations and home visits if necessary. Price
on application.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is parking at all three of our clinics.

Is there level access to the clinic?

Within Peterhead there is full disabled access with ground floor access.
At Mannofield there are stairs however, ground floor access can be made available if we are aware at the time of making the appointment. Within Bridge of Don, there are stairs into the clinic.

What if I cannot attend the clinic?

We can offer online consultations and home visits if necessary. Price
on application.

Is the clinic registered to treat insurance patients?

We are registered with most insurance companies. If you are coming to the clinic using your insurance policy, please ensure you follow your insurer’s instructions regarding authorisation for treatment. In most cases, we will invoice the insurers direct. However, you will be responsible for any non-payment or excess related to the insurance policy.
