Helen studied for Diplomas in Swedish Massage (DSM), Sports and Remedial Massage (DRSM) and On-Site Chair Massage (DOSM) with Scottish Massage Schools. Helen has also undertaken courses in Kinesiotaping (Levels 1 & 2), Medical Acupuncture, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and a Practitioner’s Diploma in Oncology Massage. Helen has gained valuable experience providing both pre and post event massage at single and multi-day sporting events, including the Scottish Orienteering Championships and numerous endurance events involving running and cycling Helen is a keen horse rider, sailor and gardener.
