Graduating with a Master of Physiotherapy (MPhys) from Robert Gordon University, Leona is a dedicated physiotherapist with a special interest in shoulder injuries and sports rehabilitation. With a background in both physiotherapy and sports massage therapy, Leona offers a well-rounded, hands-on approach to recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimisation. She also has experience in other areas of physiotherapy such as Neurology conditions/ stroke and amputee rehabilitation.
Drawing from personal experience in competitive Judo, Leona understands the physical and mental demands placed on athletes. This insight drives a tailored treatment style that combines evidence-based rehabilitation techniques with practical strategies for real world performance, whether you're an elite athlete or simply looking to return to your favourite activity pain-free.
